Nope probably not, it’s the business owner’s right to service whom they choose, but I’d say not too wise! We used to like Subway, and thought cool a contest, until a friend on a message board brought this to my attention! Home educators read for yourselves!
When you get there scroll to the bottom and read the fine print…
“Contest is open only to legal US residents, over the age of 18 with
children in either elementary, private or parochial schools that serve
grades PreK-6. No home schools will be accepted”.
Um, if you are legally home educating, don’t you feel you should legally be allowed to enter? I do! Anyone want to join me in an email campaign?!

I agree and I’m with you! Not that we eat out often…in fact, hardly at all. But, my husband does grab lunch there on occasion when he’s away from home on a job. Off to write that email…
