A funny thing happened between my last post in the category from December and about the end of February…I gain more weight! ACK! Still not everything I lost but enough that I’ve lost 5lbs a month since then and I’m now at 235 as of this morning. As per my motto, “slowly but surely wins the race”, that’s just what is happening. I’ve been going to the gym about 3-4 days per week, trying to eat good things, etc and it’s paying off.
I’m also going to ask some friends about starting to use their pool in the early morning hours since I just read moments ago that swimming for an hour burns an amazing amount of calories and I’d like all the help I can get, plus I LOVE to swim! So anyway, that’s where I am at the moment, and my ticker is accurate as of today’s date.
Update: Our friends said I could use the pool! YAY, I’m gonna be swimming off the pounds this Summer! *grin*
